5 Minute Trick to Increase Your Chances of Hitting Your 2023 📸 Business Goals

We mere weeks into the New Year and chances are you are assessing how you did in business this past year and looking into you 2023 goals.

Planning is a necessary process for us as photographers and business owners to do.

You see, success always starts with a plan.

If you have no clarity about what you want to accomplish, then there is no change. If you have no goals to hit, there is no growth. If you have no process or plan to make your goals a reality, there is no profit.

After all, it's hard to hit business goals that you first don't define what those are!

And that's what many photographer are doing this month: making their plans for 2023!

BUT...

Even after doing all that work, many photographers will still not reach their goals by the end of the year. Perhaps this may hit close to home for you because maybe you didn't hit all your 2022 business goals.

Why is this?

I have found many people set their goals and then completely forget them.

They get busy with life, photographing sessions and weddings, kids, editing, other obligations...

And before they know it, it will be December 2023 and the last time they thought about their goals was 12 months earlier!

Many photographers will not hit their goals because they simply forgot what they were.

In order to remedy this, I have a simple, little practice that I do ever morning before my kids wake up.

After making myself a coffee and once I settle into my comfy chair, I review my goals....every....single... morning.

I say them out loud to myself. Sometimes I write them down again.

It takes less than 5 minutes, but many studies prove a massive increase in reaching your goals by repeating them to yourself or writing them down again every day.

This is a simple, yet powerful, thing to do.

If you want to increase your chances of hitting your business goal and booking more clients, I encourage you to also be intentional about reviewing your goals every day.
